Salary: $26.00 - $31.00 hourly

What you will do
- Provide immediate first aid support and refer associates to outside medical providers as necessary.
- Coordinate and maintain workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for work-related injuries.
- Engage with staff and leadership on the operations floor to provide coaching on at-risk work habits.
- Maintain comprehensive medical records of care and daily activity logs.
- Facilitate and maintain certifications for first aid, CPR, and AED classes.
- Assist with emergency response operations and random saliva drug testing protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider.
- Must possess one of the following: EMT certification, Paramedic Certification (DOH or NREMT), or Athletic Trainer Certification (BOC or State).
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
Nice to have
- Certification to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training.
- Experience with industrial wellness programs, OSHA regulations, and Workers Compensation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.
- Recent experience (within 1 year) as a military medical specialist (e.g., Combat Medic, Field Medic).
