What you will do

• Lead technical and business consultants to deliver software implementations successfully.
• Apply Global PMO methodology, standards, and processes.
• Collaborate with Professional Services leadership on key projects.
• Manage multiple projects at different lifecycle stages with planning, scheduling, reporting, risk, and budget oversight.
• Engage customers and stakeholders while demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving.
• Handle complex situations while maintaining positive delivery focus.

Requirements

• Significant recent experience as project manager for software implementations in challenging environments
• Proven track record delivering multiple simultaneous projects with customers, stakeholders, and teams
• Experience working with external customers in Professional Services
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills for high volume of small projects
• Excellent communication and professionalism
