What you will do

• Act as central point of contact for project lifecycle, ensuring clarity on scope, objectives, and success criteria
• Manage projects with multiple internal groups and external partners, coordinating across functions
• Develop project strategy, plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and secure resources
• Monitor budget, margins, progress, risks; take corrective actions and resolve conflicts
• Communicate with all levels, motivate teams, and manage portfolio of projects

Requirements

• Up to 5+ years project management experience in professional services delivering customer-facing engagements
• Experience leading projects with external customers
• Excellent communication skills, highly organized, proven full lifecycle project management track record
• Mastery of team environments, managing timelines, multi-tasking, problem-solving

Nice to have

• PMP or CAPM certified
• 3+ years experience with software vendor or systems integrator in project management
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments
