What you will do

• Manage project portfolios and programs focused on delivering strategic priorities and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, sales, marketing, finance, and HR.
• Develop detailed time schedules, manage budgets, and define design constraints.
• Apply hybrid project management approaches, combining Waterfall and Agile (SAFe) methodologies.
• Manage risks, change requests, and stakeholder communications.
• Propose and implement optimizations for existing business processes and systems.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Must be based in Bratislava (Hybrid).
• Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Mural, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks such as PMP, Prince2, IPMA C, Kanban, or SAFe.
