Salary: $120,000 - $192,000

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust test automation frameworks using Python.
• Develop complex Python tests for distributed systems within a private cloud environment.
• Lead the development of test plans, scripts, and scenarios to validate system functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to define and implement testing strategies for complex software systems.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices in software coding, review, and automation.
• Track test and automation deliverables against product release schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8+ years of professional experience in Python, YAML, Bash, and object-oriented programming.
• Expertise in Python testing frameworks such as PyTest or Robot Framework.
• Proven experience building and optimizing test automation pipelines and utilizing CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Strong background in networking, security, or cloud-based technologies, including REST APIs.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with virtualization, containerization, or cloud platforms like VMware, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
