Salary: Base salary from €1,850 brutto per month

What you will do

• Build and automate the network platform for an Industrial AI Cloud, including switches, firewalls, routers, and border gateways.
• Manage high-speed network fabrics utilizing both InfiniBand and Ethernet/RoCE technologies.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Go, or Bash to orchestrate network components.
• Coordinate network lifecycle activities such as installs, upgrades, and firmware patches at scale.
• Implement and fine-tune monitoring and observability for large-scale data center networks.
• Collaborate with Platform and AI teams to deliver infrastructure services following ITIL processes and ZERO Outage guidelines.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technologies.
• Deep experience with NVIDIA/Mellanox switch configuration, UFM management, and DC routing (BGP/OSPF).
• Proficiency in Linux networking (Cumulus/Ubuntu/Debian) and OS administration.
• Experience with firewall management (FortiGate), security segmentation, and zero-trust networking.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Helm) and CI/CD in Kubernetes environments.
• English: Advanced (C1) level required. Candidate must be based in Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
• Experience with VMware Tanzu Kubernetes.
• Basic knowledge of Project Management and Leadership.
