What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and objectives to prevent scope creep.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and own communication with project teams and stakeholders.
• Track billable and non-billable costs to ensure high billing accuracy.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks and issues, and identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and coach Project Coordinators and provide direct management and performance feedback to consultants.
• Provide regular strategy and progress updates to internal and external senior management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia for on-site work.
• 1-3 years of professional experience as a project coordinator or in a related role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Demonstrated track record of driving and meeting project deliverables.
• Experience presenting to customer stakeholders and senior management.
