What you will do

  • Manage a $2.5M revenue target through inbound lead conversion and strategic outbound pipeline development.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification and strategy consultation to the client kick-off meeting.
  • Collaboratively create and present comprehensive SEO, PPC, and Analytics strategies to C-level executives.
  • Conduct preliminary competitive analyses and negotiate contracts for mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Serve as a thought leader by providing content for the company blog and speaking at industry conferences.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from business strategy to account management.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and work continental US-based hours.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in SEO and/or Paid Media (must understand technical audits and ROAS).
  • Proven ability to present strategies and win buy-in from senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Proficiency with SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Ahrefs.
  • Experience applying sales methodologies, with a preference for MEDDIC.
  • Ability to travel 20-25% for client visits and networking events.

  • Active curiosity and experience integrating AI tools and automation into daily workflows.
  • Previous experience carrying a sales quota or winning pitches.
