What you will do

  • Conduct thorough impact assessments at the inception of initiatives to derive detailed change plans.
  • Implement change management strategies and deliver communication plans to maximize project outcomes.
  • Identify training needs and provide resources to support colleagues in adopting new tools and processes.
  • Support the design of updated processes and coordinate requirements gathering for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage stakeholders at all levels, guiding them through the change curve to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Oversee the transition from current state to desired state and secure sign-off for handover to BAU.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of executing large-scale change initiatives within complex organizations.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes and influence stakeholders through problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and MS Office.
  • Expertise in relationship management across various levels of seniority.
  • Must be able to undergo Right to Work checks and potential credit/CIFAS/DBS checks.
  • Based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Liverpool, UK.

  • Professional qualifications in change management, project management, or continuous improvement.
