What you will do
- Conduct thorough impact assessments at the inception of initiatives to derive detailed change plans.
- Implement change management strategies and deliver communication plans to maximize project outcomes.
- Identify training needs and provide resources to support colleagues in adopting new tools and processes.
- Support the design of updated processes and coordinate requirements gathering for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage stakeholders at all levels, guiding them through the change curve to ensure seamless adoption.
- Oversee the transition from current state to desired state and secure sign-off for handover to BAU.
Requirements
- Proven track record of executing large-scale change initiatives within complex organizations.
- Ability to simplify complex processes and influence stakeholders through problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and MS Office.
- Expertise in relationship management across various levels of seniority.
- Must be able to undergo Right to Work checks and potential credit/CIFAS/DBS checks.
- Based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Liverpool, UK.
