What you will do

  • Calculate and process payroll, reimbursements, and bonuses for all employees.
  • Post payroll and vacation accruals into accounting systems and revise monthly numbers.
  • Communicate with outsource accountants and employees on payroll inquiries and payslips.
  • Prepare invoices, acts of acceptance, and analytical reports for Finance and HR.
  • Assist HR with new bonus calculators based on KPIs and targets.
  • Handle bank communications and guide employees on payment details.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in payroll calculation and accounting in tech or accounting companies.
  • Experience scaling payroll in startups or expanding businesses.
  • Advanced Google Sheets proficiency with formulas and handling large datasets.
  • University degree.
  • B1+ English (oral and written).
  • Ability to work in matrix structure with shared responsibilities.
