What you will do

• Process payroll for multiple international locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with local accountants and external payroll vendors to manage end-to-end operations.
• Prepare and validate payroll data, including employee lists, accruals, deductions, and bonuses.
• Maintain payroll accounting records and support management accounting reporting.
• Analyze payroll data, costs, and trends to support business decision-making.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing clear support.

Requirements

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in international companies.
• Proficiency in payroll/accounting systems such as SAP, 1C, Workday, or ADP.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• English: Intermediate+ (B2) required.
• Russian: Intermediate+ required.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-country payroll and Employer of Record (EOR) models.
• Experience in process automation and ERP system improvements.
