What you will do

• Manage search and programmatic media activations across Amazon.
• Execute campaign setup, bid recommendations, budgeting, and optimization to meet client KPIs.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports using historical data and competitive research.
• Interact with internal PL teams and regional teams (UK, USA, EMEA) as a proactive communicator.
• Address technical issues, ensure campaign compliance, and assist with reconciliation, invoicing, and data mapping.
• Understand key performance drivers on Amazon and identify optimization insights.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years in biddable performance media execution (Amazon Ads, Allegro Ads, Criteo or similar retail media platforms)
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to work directly from Poland
• Experience in Amazon campaign management and optimization
• Basic analytical skills for data analysis and insights
• Strong collaboration skills and self-starter attitude in fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience on other biddable platforms in Polish or foreign markets
• Drive to understand retail landscape and commerce media trends
