What you will do

• Manage paid campaign posts across 3 Instagram and 8 Facebook pages.
• Develop channel-specific strategies, objectives, and editorial guidelines with client's digital team.
• Create and moderate content, respond to comments/DMs, and escalate issues.
• Identify trends, produce nimble content (images, videos, live), and benchmark performance monthly.
• Spot innovation opportunities, influencers, and oversee production with designers.
• Pitch creative concepts, monitor quality, and work across wine/spirits brands.

Requirements

• 3+ years community management at B2C brand or agency.
• Fluent Polish and business-level English.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or Liberal Arts.
• Proficient in social platforms, Brand24, Meta Business Manager.
• Strong client engagement, creative flair, art direction skills.
