What you will do

• Prepare and update monthly management and retail sales reports
• Compile purchase orders and track business performance using internal systems
• Assist e-commerce coordination with packshots and product submissions
• Monitor out-of-stock risks for key SKUs and support supply chain forecasts
• Conduct competitor analysis, track promotions, and execute marketing activities
• Provide administrative support including shipment packing and retailer coordination

Requirements

• Commitment for at least 6 months (Jul-Dec 2026) full-time internship in Singapore
• Strong verbal and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
• High confidentiality, professionalism, and cross-cultural awareness
• Interest in beauty, consumer goods, and travel retail industry
