What you will do

• Lead the transition from legacy systems (SAP ECC, BFC, Anaplan) to Oracle Fusion ERP & EPM.
• Coordinate IT stream priorities, manage resource allocation, and resolve critical escalations.
• Manage cross-stream dependencies and represent the IT department in leadership forums.
• Organize and lead end-to-end IT workshops and onsite sessions.
• Support solution arbitrations using deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale ERP implementations.
• At least two full implementation cycles led from the client side (initiation to go-live).
• Expert knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Oracle modules such as FCCS, ARCS, General Ledger, and Procurement.
• Fluency in English and experience working in international environments.
• Must be based in or able to work in Paris.
