What you will do

• Manage multiple change initiatives, coordinating across diverse teams to drive a multi-year cross-company transformation.
• Partner with front, middle, and back-office stakeholders to analyze current-state processes, pain points, and constraints.
• Facilitate workshops to challenge existing workflows and define forward-thinking future-state operating models.
• Lead process analysis and redesign activities, focusing specifically on operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to modernize the operating model via technology, data, automation, and AI.
• Act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery functions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst within the energy trading sector.
• Deep subject matter expertise in US Power & Gas, including physical/structured products (LNG, PPAs, gas transportation, storage).
• Strong understanding of commodities operations, including trade lifecycles, scheduling, settlements, and P&L.
• Proven experience redesigning business processes in complex, cross-functional, global environments.
• Ability to collaborate with and constructively challenge stakeholders to build alignment.
• Experience implementing technology-enabled change, including AI and automation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to target architecture or operating model design.
• Experience shaping AI strategies to improve business process efficiency and insight generation.
