What you will do

• Lead downstream marketing strategy for sustaining and new product lines, including targeting, positioning, messaging, and sales tools.
• Develop and execute commercial launch strategies, pricing, and omni-channel campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales for training, enablement, and field support; partner with distributors.
• Drive medical education events, surgeon training, and presentations on product features and techniques.
• Gather customer insights, monitor competitive landscape, and analyze sales data for growth opportunities.
• Track KPIs, develop forecasts, support inventory optimization, and assist upstream product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of medical device marketing or sales experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship
