What you will do

• Lead strategy and roadmaps for the Monitoring, Tracing, and Logging engineering teams.
• Drive AI adoption to enable AI-driven workflows across observability data for various teams.
• Own and prioritize a healthy backlog, balancing new feature development, technical investment, and defect resolution.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure initiatives.
• Translate technical observability work into business-relevant narratives for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, and Product leadership to meet internal and external needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner delivering technical products.
• 2+ years of experience working with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
• Solid technical foundation in system architecture, cloud infrastructure concepts, and engineering trade-offs.
• Strong project management instincts for tracking multi-team dependencies and managing risk.
• Must be based in Poland and have sponsorship to live and work in Poland.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Open Telemetry.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience using AI to synthesize data in a Product or Project role.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
