What you will do

• Lead market development by identifying opportunities and shaping go-to-market for Observability as the top choice for video streaming teams.
• Serve as product expert in the field, leading demos, pre-sales, and pipeline development with sellers across the Americas.
• Expand markets through OEM partnerships and AI service integrations to enable flawless video playback.
• Integrate AI tools into workflows for positioning, competitive intelligence, and GTM automation.
• Influence product strategy with market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
• Act as visible external voice through presentations, thought leadership, and industry panels.
• Enable teams by voicing customer needs to core product and engineering in Europe.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field-facing roles like Field Product Manager, Solutions Product Manager, Technical Product Marketing, or Sales Engineering.
• Comfortable leading product demos, walkthroughs, and driving opportunities in front of customers.
• Technical fluency in data, observability, developer tools, or media tech to engage engineers and data teams.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work with curiosity to accelerate product growth.
• Collaborative across Engineering, Sales, UX, and Marketing; participate in some European timezone meetings.
