What you will do

• Analyze SDLC metrics including pull request volume, cycle time, deployment frequency, and change failure rates.
• Develop data products and health dashboards for engineering leaders primarily using Superset.
• Build Python pipelines and write advanced SQL queries to aggregate signals from Git, CI/CD, and observability platforms.
• Identify development bottlenecks, reliability risks, and the effectiveness of internal platform investments.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, DevOps, SRE, and FinOps to define and track consistent engineering KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and pipeline construction.
• Experience building dashboards in Superset, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Deep understanding of engineering concepts including PRs, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC, and SLOs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into measurable metrics and communicate insights to technical leadership.
