Accounting Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze financial reports in compliance with international standards.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Maintain control procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting automation.
• English: B1 level or higher required.
• Russian: Proficiency in spoken and written language required.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Bank or Fintech industries.
• Experience with ERP tools such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
