What you will do

• Analyze historical and projected financial information and develop detailed financial models to value companies and complex securities.
• Direct junior staff in building financial models and managing large data sets in Excel.
• Leverage financial and market data platforms such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
• Present valuation analyses to clients and ensure quality, deadlines, and ownership of work product.
• Communicate project status, manage junior staff deadlines, and demonstrate strong report writing skills.
• Participate in team environments, business development, client meetings, and personal leadership development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Five to seven (5-7) years of prior valuation work experience, preferably with a national accounting or valuation firm.
• Experience leading development and completion of client-ready valuation deliverables.
• Significant progress toward ASA designation or similar is favorable.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Proven management skills including recruiting, training, and mentoring junior staff; strong financial modeling and valuation competencies.
