What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of CRM Executives, including task prioritization and workload balancing.
• Execute high-priority and complex CRM campaigns within internal systems.
• Mentor, onboard, and develop team members through 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Improve team processes, documentation, and quality standards for campaigns and translations.
• Collaborate with CRM Managers, Localization, Design, and BI teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Track team KPIs and report results to the Head of CRM.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience setting up and executing CRM campaigns (mandatory)
• Previous experience managing or leading a team (mandatory)
• English level B2 or higher
• Experience in the iGaming industry (preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Ownership mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML/Liquid or templating languages.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
• Experience setting up SOPs and QA processes.
