TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Portugal; availability to attend in-person meetings in Coimbra (average once every two weeks) is required.

What you will do
- Create B2B content including case studies, blog posts, and sales materials, using LLMs for drafting and iteration.
- Manage the website end-to-end, including CMS updates, HTML/CSS edits, and SEO/LLM optimization.
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns via email sequences, LinkedIn, and paid ads.
- Develop sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks and proposal templates, based on sales feedback.
- Set up and maintain marketing analytics to track website traffic and content performance.
- Build automation workflows for content distribution and lead scoring using tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with technical or industrial products.
- Must be based in Portugal with the ability to visit the Coimbra office regularly.
- Fluent, professional daily use of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) as core productivity tools.
- Ability to manage a website (CMS, basic HTML/CSS, SEO fundamentals).
- Strong technical writing skills to communicate complex value clearly and without jargon.
- Proven self-direction and ability to build a function from the ground up.
Nice to have
- Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) or basic scripting (Python, JavaScript).
- Background in mobility, transport, fleet, IoT, or industrial tech.
- Experience marketing to enterprise buyers with long sales cycles and ABM approaches.
- Design skills in Figma or Canva for quick asset creation.
