What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities of Corporate Finance – Turnaround & Restructuring client service teams on engagements.
• Manage junior teams across multiple tasks including complex financial modeling and client presentations.
• Oversee the creation and analysis of 13-week cash flow, 3-statement, and pro-forma scenario models.
• Collaborate with internal experts, other firms, and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Prepare high-impact reports, written analyses, and professional client deliverables.
• Assist in the development of the consulting practice through marketing, client pitches, and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics.
• 7+ years of work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis in Excel, specifically 3-statement models and scenario analyses.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to develop insights.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Must be located in or able to work from Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• CFA, CPA, or technical GAAP accounting expertise.
• Familiarity with financial research tools such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
