Consultant, Population Health

What you will do

• Support client-facing and internal population health and well-being consulting initiatives.
• Analyze health and well-being data, validate findings, and prepare insights for client deliverables.
• Benchmark population health strategies using internal and external data sources.
• Manage project logs, milestones, open items, meeting notes, and documentation.
• Support vendor management, including vendor calls, fee renewals, RFPs, performance guarantees, and client advocacy.
• Create PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex data, insights, and recommendations clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of employee benefits consulting experience or relevant health care industry experience.
• Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, financial analysis, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Life and Health license in good standing required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
