What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers, overseeing their growth, performance, and day-to-day delivery.
• Own delivery outcomes for a portfolio of implementations, migrations, and advisory services for enterprise customers.
• Partner with Technical Architects, Sales, and Customer Success to plan and scope successful services engagements.
• Monitor project health and act as a senior escalation point for complex customer situations to ensure service quality.
• Develop team members through coaching, regular 1:1s, and career development conversations.
• Contribute to the improvement of Professional Services processes, tooling, and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams in customer-facing environments.
• Strong technical foundation in DevSecOps, platform engineering, or software delivery.
• Experience managing professional services, migration programs, or technical consulting for enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to navigate customer escalations and drive clear outcomes in complex situations.
• Comfort working in a fully remote, asynchronous organization with strong written communication skills.
