TL;DR

What you will do

  • Respond to and manage inbound support tickets professionally, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed
  • Lead brief client calls to address questions, provide support, and act as trusted point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Deliver tailored product demos and walkthroughs based on user needs and experience levels
  • Gather customer feedback, identify trends, and share insights to improve processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams to resolve issues and communicate customer needs

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in customer support, customer success, or account management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading calls and presenting
  • Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and quick learning of technical concepts
  • Proactive, customer-first personality with follow-up ownership
  • Experience and preference for remote work; availability during standard business hours with flexibility; no vacation during peak periods (November-December) except federal holidays
