What you will do

• Provide ongoing telephone and written support to customers.
• Manage and coordinate drivers providing the service.
• Operate SaaS platforms and multiple internal systems simultaneously.
• Resolve operational problems in real-time.
• Maintain and update operational reports.

Requirements

• Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in standard office software and systems.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of the English language.
• Full availability for all shift hours, including starts from 6:00 AM.
