What you will do
- Provide ongoing telephone and written support to customers.
- Manage and coordinate drivers providing the service.
- Operate SaaS platforms and multiple internal systems simultaneously.
- Resolve operational problems in real-time.
- Maintain and update operational reports.
Requirements
- Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in standard office software and systems.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of the English language.
- Full availability for all shift hours, including starts from 6:00 AM.
