What you will do

  • Collaborate with Medical, Product Management, and Business Development teams to enhance satisfaction.
  • Support the continuous improvement of internal customer service processes for better efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Must be based in South Africa.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to adapt to new digital tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
