Location: Remote (Must be based in Brazil, specifically Vitória, Espírito Santo)

What you will do
- Provide omni-channel support to customers via email, chat, messaging, and phone.
- Use a systematic approach to isolate, understand, and resolve complex technical and financial problems.
- Manage customer issues end-to-end, engaging internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Educate customers on how to maximize the benefits of products and services.
- Answer technical questions regarding API implementations, UI, and transaction inquiries.
- Resolve business and financial queries related to payment status, declines, and collections.
Requirements
- Solid experience in a customer support or operations role.
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal) are required.
- Must be based in Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil.
- Strong empathy and a passion for helping customers.
- Proven ability to support customers effectively across email, chat, and phone channels.
Nice to have
- Previous knowledge of Salesforce Service/CRM.
