What you will do

  • Contact authors via phone, email, and SMS to facilitate the processing of outstanding payments.
  • Assist authors with account verifications and royalty withdrawal processes to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Manage a personal pipeline of open cases with full accountability for follow-ups and resolutions.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date payment records and commitment logs.
  • Escalate complex cases and document all interactions clearly.

Requirements

  • Advanced written and spoken English proficiency is required (CVs in other languages will not be considered).
  • Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple accounts, dates, and daily follow-ups.
  • Confidence and comfort in handling difficult conversations over the phone.
  • Strong attention to detail regarding numbers and financial records.
  • Empathetic and patient communication style when dealing with creative professionals.
  • Proactive and self-driven approach to case management.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer support.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Metorik, WordPress, and ClickUp.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
