Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada and have valid work authorization)
Salary: $70,000–$95,000 CAD

What you will do
- Craft data-backed design assets, including ad sets and landing pages, to drive improvement in digital marketing KPIs.
- Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Design and implement A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to validate and refine design decisions.
- Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative assets with audience insights and campaign goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets while adapting to different audience segments.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance creative and CRO.
- At least 1 year of experience creating motion graphics.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Must permanently reside in Canada with established work authorization.
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics, including A/B testing and heatmapping.

- Interest or experience in utilizing AI and automation to enhance marketing operations.
