What you will do

• Create data-backed ad sets and landing pages to improve digital marketing KPIs.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Design and implement A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative assets with audience insights and campaign goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and iterate designs based on performance data and feedback.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design focusing on performance creative and CRO.
• 1 year of experience with motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO analytics, and heatmapping.
• Must have established work authorization and permanently reside in Mexico.
