What you will do

• Create and execute project plans using PMO methodology to deliver outcomes within budget and alignment with SDO governance.
• Lead workstreams within multi-year enterprise transformation programs, ensuring cohesion across all workstreams.
• Collaborate with business units, Program Directors, and Enterprise Architecture teams to execute project scope.
• Manage project budgets, scope, team resources, and executive-level reporting.
• Integrate Change Management (OCM) into project planning to manage readiness and adoption.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables, manage SOWs, and hold vendors accountable to schedules.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS business environments.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-wide transformation, technology modernization, or multi-vendor delivery projects.
• Experience working within matrixed governance environments with cross-program dependencies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Aha!, JIRA, or similar project management tools.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Mississauga, Ontario

Nice to have

• PMP or Agile designation.
• Experience partnering with OCM teams to manage change impacts.
• Comfort working with AI-assisted delivery and analysis tools.
