Salary: $110,000 – $167,000

What you will do

• Define and evolve the architecture and technical strategy of the internal platform to align with business goals.
• Lead the design of Azure landing zones, shared services, and self-service capabilities for application teams.
• Standardize infrastructure as code (IaC) modules using Terraform or OpenTofu to eliminate snowflake environments.
• Drive the evolution of CI/CD and deployment strategies to ensure consistent software delivery.
• Champion developer experience by ensuring platform capabilities are intuitive and well-documented.
• Collaborate with SRE and leadership to mature reliability practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and incident response.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure architecture.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including networking, identity, and compute.
• Expert-level proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction and drive adoption across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud security, and scalable architecture.
• Must be based in the United States to support the hybrid office model.
