Location: Hybrid working mode in the United States (3 days/week in office at Chicago, Boston, or South Bend hubs)
Salary: $110,000 – $167,000

What you will do
- Define and evolve the architecture and technical strategy of the internal platform to align with business goals.
- Lead the design of Azure landing zones, shared services, and self-service capabilities for application teams.
- Standardize infrastructure as code (IaC) modules using Terraform or OpenTofu to eliminate snowflake environments.
- Drive the evolution of CI/CD and deployment strategies to ensure consistent software delivery.
- Champion developer experience by ensuring platform capabilities are intuitive and well-documented.
- Collaborate with SRE and leadership to mature reliability practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and incident response.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure architecture.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including networking, identity, and compute.
- Expert-level proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and drive adoption across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud security, and scalable architecture.
- Must be based in the United States to support the hybrid office model.
