What you will do

• Lead the technical evolution of the AWS control plane and shared infrastructure.
• Design and ship platform primitives, including Terraform modules and pipeline templates.
• Partner with embedded infrastructure hirify.globalers to create self-serve capabilities.
• Manage AWS Organization hygiene, CI/CD reliability, and vendor integrations (Datadog, JFrog).
• Mentor hirify.globalers through bi-weekly infrastructure standups.
• Optimize the SDLC by removing approval gates and friction in infrastructure workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and operating production cloud infrastructure.
• Deep AWS expertise in multi-account architecture, networking, IAM, and security.
• Expert-level Terraform skills for designing reusable modules at scale.
• Strong background in CI/CD using GitHub Actions and OIDC.
• Experience in platform hirify.globalering and shipping internal abstractions.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Production-scale experience with Cloudflare (WAF, DNS, Zero Trust/WARP).
• Experience with Datadog, JFrog, or similar vendor integrations.
• Background in FinOps or cost observability tooling.
• Experience working in embedded or platform hirify.globalering models.
