Salary: $57,500 - $77,625 annual

What you will do
- Identify and complete support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported problems with Rocket products.
- Work directly with customers and partners for efficient resolutions.
- Track all customer interactions in approved systems.
- Guide development teams on permanent fixes based on analysis.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- 2+ years in IBM z/OS as Systems Programmer, DBA, or Application Developer
- 1+ years with z/OS databases/apps: CICS, IMS, ADABAS, IDMS, or VSAM
- Experience with JCL, ISPF, and SMP/E
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with z/OS and TCP/IP
- Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP, REST), app servers (WebSphere), ODBC/JDBC
- DB2 utilities/stored procedures, DB2 LUW, z/OS Cobol/Natural
- Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, RACF/ACF2/Top Secret
- OS: Windows, Red Hat Linux, Sun Solaris
- IBM InfoSphere Data Replication or Rocket Data Replication/tcVision
