What you will do

• Troubleshoot network technologies in IGT deployed systems using established procedures and tools under minimal supervision.
• Monitor networks and submit recommendations to improve functionality and service.
• Verify services, detect, report, escalate, and document anomalies.
• Execute checklists for maintenance, changes, validations, and customer requests.
• Adhere to SLAs, IT best practices including Incident, Change, Release, and Audit Management.

Requirements

• Two-year technical college degree or comparable experience.
• 2-3 years of experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of IP protocols, Windows command line, Cisco equipment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Office suite and PC operating systems.
• Entry-level knowledge of WAN topology, monitoring/troubleshooting tools, data center equipment, network cables.
• Available to work all holidays, 24x7x365 operation, up to 12-hour shifts.
