What you will do

• Manage comprehensive HR processes and support specialists throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures tailored to team needs.
• Facilitate onboarding for managers and ensure understanding of HR processes.
• Act as a partner to managers and leaders, providing guidance on HR and organizational matters.
• Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, implementing improvement strategies.
• Strengthen corporate culture and employer branding through innovative initiatives.
• Collaborate with L&D on soft skills programs and coordinate internal events.

Requirements

• Proven passion for HR or psychology with at least 3 years relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets.
• Proactive, collaborative approach; experience managing HR teams.
• Experience at all employee lifecycle (ELC) stages.
