What you’ll be doing:
• Managing and improving HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
• Supporting recruitment together with a TA specialist
• Working on employee engagement and retention
• Partnering with managers on people-related topics
• Driving culture and internal initiatives
• Ensuring HR policies and compliance
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 3+ years of HR experience
• Speaks English (B1+) and Russian
• Has strong communication skills
• Is organized and people-oriented
