What you will do

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations, addressing demands and grievances to bridge the gap between management and staff.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high organizational performance.
• Ensure full compliance with legal HR standards and regulations.
• Continuously monitor and refine HR systems and procedures across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Executive within a financial or fintech environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR metrics and experience managing HR systems.
• In-depth understanding of labour law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HR software such as HRIS or ATS.
• Excellent English and Russian language skills.
