What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of the global People & Culture strategy across the EMEA region.
• Act as a sparring partner for People Leaders on operational and strategic P&C tasks.
• Drive annual P&C processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Implement HR best practices and contribute to national and international P&C initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders across the hirify.global Group to professionalize people management.

Requirements

• Degree in human resources, law, business administration, or industrial/organizational psychology.
• Solid knowledge of Portuguese labour law and experience representing P&C at a country level.
• Several years of relevant experience in a complex international environment, ideally within professional services or consulting.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
• Proven experience in both strategic HR topics and operational support tasks.
• Ability to be on-site at the Porto office.
