What you will do

• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and brand teams on campaign briefs and content guidelines.
• Define KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Mentor junior team members and manage vendor relationships with influencer platforms.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
• Proven track record of successful large-scale influencer campaigns.
• Strong understanding of influencer metrics, audience analytics, and performance measurement.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing talent relationships.
• Excellent project management skills for multiple campaigns.
