What you will do

• Identify and evaluate creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube based on brand values and campaign objectives.
• Own and maintain an organized, up-to-date influencer database for the delivery team.
• Manage the blacklisted influencer list based on quality flags, past performance, or brand safety.
• Proactively research new content niches and discovery strategies to expand the creator pool.
• Conduct quality control by reviewing engagement quality, audience authenticity, and content standards.

Requirements

• Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media, or current studies in the marketing field.
• Ability to quickly spot inconsistencies, fake engagement, or low-quality profiles.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of profiles and databases.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and online research tools.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, remote environment.
