What you will do

• Lead backend development for the CATI platform to ensure alignment with product goals and client requirements.
• Modernize system architecture, including redesigning legacy dialer integrations and optimizing scheduling engines.
• Develop new functionalities and address client change requests to improve the platform.
• Collaborate with Cloud Ops and international teams to optimize system operations and architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and share knowledge to build collective team expertise.
• Coordinate with global teams across varying time zones to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend development with a strong emphasis on modern .NET and SQL.
• Proficiency in cloud architectures and microservices.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Canada.
• Strong engineering skills in system design and writing clean, efficient code.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across different time zones.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed for team collaboration and training.
