Salary: $144,700 to $195,900 CAD (varies by region, experience, skills).

What you will do

• Own and ship production-quality Windows desktop features focusing on reliability, performance, and UX.
• Solve complex platform-level problems and deliver elegant solutions with development team.
• Collaborate in agile environment with fullstack developers across projects and teams in Canada, US, Ireland.
• Review code, provide feedback within and across teams.
• Diagnose and solve issues spanning native desktop and cloud services.
• Mentor teammates and grow through constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C# and/or C++ — write it daily and know it deeply.
• Proven track record shipping production Windows desktop apps to real users.
• Hands-on experience with Win32, WPF, WinUI, or similar Windows frameworks.
• Experience integrating desktop apps with web services and cloud backends.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile on large-scale SaaS products.
• History of mentoring developers.
• Clear communication and building high-trust relationships.
• Interest in leveraging AI in development workflow.
