What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and lead design/engineering of infrastructure solutions for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Oversee design, build, and deployment of new solutions, upgrades, and technology refreshes with full documentation and operational handoff.
• Manage engineering project portfolios, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional collaborations with clinical, business, and security teams.
• Establish standards, best practices, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience; 10+ years progressive management in Information Management
• ITIL certification or equivalent IT service management experience
• Knowledge of technologies supporting clinical operations and information systems
• Strong strategic planning, vendor negotiations, financial management, and leadership skills
• Hybrid work in Columbus, OH required

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related
• Experience in complex healthcare organizations and leading large cross-functional projects
• Regulatory and contractual compliance knowledge
