Member Support Representative (Part-Time)

Location: Remote (US), preference for availability 11:30am-8:00 PM PST

Salary: $20.68 per hour (up to 30 hours per week)

What you will do

• Empathetically handle live inbound calls from members, documenting interactions for seamless follow-up.
• Verify eligibility and benefits using internal tools while communicating clearly during calls.
• Assist with registration, scheduling/rescheduling/canceling appointments, and matching to dietitians.
• Troubleshoot platform/account issues and provide basic tech help.
• Address food delivery/grocery ordering questions with internal/external partners.
• Maintain accountability for sensitive information and collaborate on complex problem-solving.

Requirements

• Flexible availability with preference for 11:30am-8:00 PM PST
• Strong oral/written communication, adaptable to situations.
• Experience in support roles (in-person or calls), handling PII/PHI with HIPAA understanding.
• Multitasking across systems/knowledge bases during live calls.
• Reliable high-speed internet (100 Mbps down/20 Mbps up) and private/quiet workspace.
• Resilient, detail-oriented, goal-driven with critical thinking for complex issues.
