What you will do

  • Own and drive the product roadmap aligned with business objectives, user needs, and KPIs.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value to maximize growth.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve performance.
  • Monitor metrics, optimize funnels, landing pages, and user journeys.
  • Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product ownership or management with roadmap and strategy execution.
  • Strong data-driven prioritization and business impact analysis skills.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and product optimization.
  • Solid understanding of product analytics, KPIs, unit economics, and growth metrics.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, dashboards, and data interpretation.
  • Basic technical knowledge of frontend technologies, APIs, and tracking systems.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user journey mapping.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional and remote teams.
